My stay at Waterwalk Arrowood was delightful! I was in Charlotte for business and stayed for a week. the two beds and baths were a pleasant surprise, and the laundry facilities in the room were convenient. The location was great, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere, blackout curtains, and well-maintained rooms. Cons: Recommend this hotel.

Spacious and super clean! The fully-equipped kitchen made it so easy for us to cook our own meals, unlike hotels that only offer a mini-fridge and microwave. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and the price for a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment-style room was excellent.

The bed was a bit firm, but still decently comfortable. The cleaning staff seemed a little too eager to clean our room before our official check-out time, which was a bit annoying, but not a dealbreaker.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Savannah and the ladies with braids. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything I needed, including a kitchenette and grill area. I also appreciated being able to extend my stay with ease.
